Training & Mentoring Teachers

Instructing teachers as to content and technique of teaching yoga. Deepening advanced asana practice according to the principles of Vijnana yoga.

In seven five-hour meetings, once a month, we will:

• Practice just sitting, pranayama, asana
• Study and investigate advanced asana
• Analyze postures and learn how to teach them
• Study yogic texts
• Discuss, study, and gain professional guidance regarding issues that arise when teaching yoga from ethical, philosophical, and didactic perspectives.
